Slice a Rotella #765 Ciabatta Line Bun Solid in half evenly, lightly butter both halves (optional). Place layers of ham, capicola, salami, proscuitto and provolone bottom half of bun. Place the top half of bun on sandwich and press in a pre-heated panini machine for about seven minutes…Enjoy hot and steamy!

Cut #779 Wheat Banquet Roll in half and top with sliced turkey and cranberry sauce…very simple!
