• 2 slices Rotella’s Blueberry Bread
  • ½ oz. Whipped Cream Cheese
  • Fresh Blueberries
  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • ½ T Vanilla

Trim the crust from the bread. Spread the desired cream cheese in the middle of each slice. Put blueberries on top of the cream cheese and roll the bread. In a bowl whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla until well combined. Meanwhile set a pan over medium heat. Add the rolls to the egg turning to coat on all sides. Cook the rolls turning them to cook and brown on all sides. Add the hot rolls from the pan to the sugar and roll them until completely covered in sugar. Serve by adding sugar on top and blueberries on the side.
