• 1 Rosemary Focaccia Loaf
  • Butter
  • 4 oz. Goat Cheese
  • 3 T Sundried Tomatoes
  • Pinch of Thyme, Salt & Pepper
  • Drizzle of Olive Oil

Slice the bread into individual pieces and spread the butter on top of each slice. Then, broil the bread lightly. In a bowl add the goat cheese, sundried tomatoes, thyme, salt and pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Stir all the ingredients with a wooden spoon until well mixed. Put the mixture on a plate placing the bread around it. Top the mixture with olive oil and thyme, then serve.
