• 1 Rotella’s Oat Topped Sprouted Wheat Hoagie
  • 6-8 Whole Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 T Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Halved Burrata Cheese Balls
  • 2 T Basil Pesto

Place cherry tomatoes and add the oil, salt and pepper. Mix everything well and put the tomatoes in a sheet pan. Broil the tomatoes lightly until begin to blister. Place the burrata cheese balls on the sandwich evenly. Then, add tomatoes and pesto on top. Slice the sandwich in half and serve it.
